These terms apply to lvchess.school, the website of Las Vegas Chess School. By using the site or submitting the contact form, you agree to them.
The site is here to describe our chess programs and let parents and guardians reach us. Please use it for that purpose — do not attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use automated tools to harvest content or send submissions.
The form is for parents and guardians. Only submit contact details you are authorized to give us. When you submit it, you agree that Las Vegas Chess School may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided — by call, text message, or email — about your inquiry, our classes, scheduling, and enrollment. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us on a call, or emailing matikozyan@gmail.com. Consent to these messages is not a condition of enrolling.
Submitting the form is an inquiry, not an enrollment. It does not reserve a seat and does not create any obligation on either side until enrollment is confirmed directly with the coach.
Class formats, schedules, prices, and start dates shown on this site may change. Enrollment terms — including payment, attendance, make-ups, and cancellations — are agreed directly with Las Vegas Chess School at the time of enrollment and are not governed by this page.
The text, images, logo, and design of this site belong to Las Vegas Chess School. Please do not copy or republish them without our permission.
The site links to outside services, including our Instagram and Facebook pages. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
